robb and i are hosting christmas at our home this year and since we are plant based, i am creating a menu without any meat, fish, or dairy. if you're looking for ideas, trying to eat less animal products, or have a family member / loved one who has food restrictions, check out what we'll be making below!

appetizers

pita crackers + plant based cheese (mykos + follow your heart are our favorite brands)

w. kalamata + green olives

brushetta

late july chips w. home made guac + salsa

raw veggies + follow your heart blue cheese dressing + ranch (these are fully vegan)

the first is more leafy w. arugula, dark leafy greens, broccoli, sliced almonds, cucumber, sesame seeds,+ raisins

the second is a standard garden salad

butternut squash soup

tomato soup

(we serve these with small baguettes or croissants )

italian pasta + tomato sauce (robb makes his own but i like RAO's if you don't make it yourself)

creamy mashed potatoes (i like the skin in it)

veggie chili as a side or to add to the baked potato w violife shredded cheese
