cauliflower wings

new years, football season... plant based eaters we can enjoy wings too. and honestly they taste better!

Cauliflower Buffalo Wings
ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower (approx. 4-5 cups of florets)
1/2 C unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond or soy work best)
1/2 C water
3/4 C all-purpose flour (can sub gluten-free rice flour)
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp of paprika
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
preheat oven to 450 degrees
cut cauliflower into small pieces and set aside
combine the other ingredients in mixing bowl
coat each cauliflower piece with mixture + place on parchment paper
bake for 25 minutes (turn halfway through)
ingredients:
vegan butter
franks red hot
combine both in a skillet, heat
coat baked wings with sauce + place back in over for another 25 minutes
let cool + serve
